Mr. Timmins joined Highstar in 2000. He is head of Investor Relations & Communications and manages Highstar's fundraising and co-investment activities, investor relations and marketing outreach programs. He is an ex-officio member of Highstar's Executive Committee.

Mr. Timmins has over 30 years of experience in institutional investments, largely in the infrastructure sector. Prior to joining Highstar, Mr. Timmins was director-Private Equity at Enron Corp., where he was responsible for third party equity syndication activities. He previously was vice president of Torch Energy Advisors, and a registered representative in institutional sales with Kidder, Peabody and Co., Inc.

Mr. Timmins serves as a member of the Pacific Pension Institute Advisory Committee. Mr. Timmins received a BA in Business Administration and an MBA in Economics and Finance from Trinity University.
