Tim Reynolds
Mr. Reynolds joined Highstar Capital in 2008. Since joining Highstar, Mr. Reynolds has been involved in analyzing investments in various infrastructure sectors and manages several deal related projects in which Highstar and its portfolio companies have a significant public interface.

Prior to joining Highstar, Mr. Reynolds served as an Associate Director in the White House National Economic Council (NEC). While at the NEC, Mr. Reynolds assisted in the development and rollout of domestic economic policy issues. Before that, he served as an assistant to the President's Chief of Staff.

Mr. Reynolds earned his BSBA from UNC-Chapel Hill and MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
