Mr. Lorico joined Highstar Capital in 2007 and is responsible for accounting, financial control and reporting.

Prior to joining Highstar, Mr. Lorico was at Veronis Suhler Stevenson, a media focused private equity firm where he supported the financial accounting and reporting of several buyout and structured capital funds. Prior to VSS, Mr. Lorico was an auditor for Eisner, LLP and then BDO Seidman, LLP where he focused primarily on the financial audits of investment companies.

Mr. Lorico holds a BS in Accounting from the University at Albany and a CPA designation in New York State.
