Mr. Elizondo joined Highstar Capital in 2007. Since joining Highstar, Mr. Elizondo has been involved in analyzing investments in various infrastructure sectors.

Prior to joining Highstar, Mr. Elizondo was a member of the Leveraged Finance group of Barclays Capital. While at Barclays, Mr. Elizondo was involved in structuring and executing leveraged transactions in the infrastructure and power generation sectors.

Mr. Elizondo holds a BA in Engineering and Economics from Dartmouth College.
