Ms. Tongalson joined Highstar in 2009 and has over 9 years of experience in investment banking, investor relations and finance. She is responsible for coordinating Highstar's communication with our fund limited partners, media relations, public quarterly and annual reports, website and Highstar's annual meeting.

Prior to joining Highstar, Ms. Tongalson worked at The Blackstone Group in the Alternative Asset Management division, where she focused on communication and investor relations with institutional clients. Before joining Blackstone in 2003, Ms. Tongalson worked in Credit Suisse's Equity Capital Markets Investment Banking Group where she covered a wide range of industries in the execution of IPOs and secondary offerings.

Ms. Tongalson received a BA in Economics from Columbia University.
