Investment Team
The Highstar Team is led by four partners: Christopher Lee, Michael Miller, John Stokes and Jim Timmins. Collectively, the partners have over 104 years of relevant experience and have worked together at Highstar for over seven years. They possess a complementary set of investing, operating and strategic skills related to the acquisition and management of infrastructure businesses. Importantly, the partners have extensive experience investing in regulated infrastructure businesses comprising large and complex plants, networks and systems.
The partners are supported by 15 investment professionals including a general counsel, chief financial officer, chief administrative officer and financial control team dedicated to Highstar's investment and reporting activities. Highstar believes one of its strengths is its team-oriented culture emphasizing a high level of collaboration and communication.
